As CEO of NASDAQ-listed manufacturer of computer peripherals, merged operations of two companies, implemented controls, reduced costs, improved product reliability, introduced new products and refocused marketing efforts. Achieved profitability in 15 months (1993-1994).

Worked closely with owners and CEOs to "coach" them through the turnaround and restructuring of troubled operations.
