Executive Officer of Datapoint Corporation, Group Vice President of Northern Telecom,
Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of International Harvester and Division
President of Xerox Corporation, Dr. Potter has technical and business expertise that spans
a variety of industries. Experienced in product development, adept at problem solving, and
possessing strong financial acumen, Dr. Potter offers creative solutions to technical,
marketing and management problems to improve the performance of both profitable and
marginal businesses.Dr. Potter has published over fifty articles

A former chemicalengineer and Navy jet fighter pilot, Jim Helbig brings 26 years of
business marketing experience to Marketing and Management Resources, a firm that
specializes in high technology market and business strategy for technology-based
companies, products and services. The firms services include qualitative market
research and analysis, market/technology assessment, training, business and market
planning and public affairs/issues management. MMRs clients include Raytheon Systems
Co., Teledyne Brown Engineering, Teledyne Electronics Technologies, Whitman-Hart, Forte
Software, Inc. (Sun Microsystems), Datacolor International, EDS, Microchip Technology and
others. Prior to forming MMR, Mr. Helbig was a partner in Regis-McKenna, a Silicon
Valley-based consulting firm, President of David A. Meeker and Associates, a public
relationships firm, and worldwide public relations strategy manager for Texas Instruments,
Inc. He has also held technical marketing positions with Martin Marietta Aerospace and ITT
Aerospace/Optical Division, and with the counseling firms Burson-Marsteller and Ruder
Finn. Jim holds an M.S.J. from Northwestern University, a B.A. from Wabash College and has
completed two additional years of graduate study in business. He is a frequent speaker and
writer on technology market and business issues, and teaches technology marketing
principles and methodology in the executive education program at the University of Texas
at Dallas. |

over thirty years' successful sales and marketing experience for global leaders in
telecommunications, office automation and information technology. Prior to founding Lynn
Consulting Company in 1995, he held a series of increasingly responsible executive
positions at Nortel Networks and Xerox Corporation. At Nortel Networks, he served as Vice
President of Distributor Sales, responsible for managing and supporting a nationwide
network of Regional Bell Operating Companies, independents and interconnects, and as Vice
President of Marketing for Enterprise Networks. At Xerox Corporation, he served in various
product marketing and sales management positions, including General Manager for Dealers
and Distributors, and Manager of the Facsimile Strategic Business Unit. Mr. Lynn's
Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University was followed by a Master of Business
Administration degree from Xavier University. He is a member of the Institute of
Management Consultants and has been certified as a qualified instructor for Seibel
Systems' Target Account Selling program. |

Dr. Richard L. Priem is Professor of Strategic Management and Chair, Department of
Management, at the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to his academic
credentials, Dr. Priem has more than ten years of industrial experience. His research
interests include the strategy making process, chief executive decision making, and
cross-cultural differences in moral judgements. His work has been published in the
Strategic Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management
Executive, Organization Science, the Journal of Management, and the Journal of Business
Ethics. Dr. Priem has conducted marketing and strategic
management workshops and seminars in the U.S., Latin America, Asia and Europe, and has
conducted marketing, organizational development and strategic management consulting
assignments for a variety of companies in technology-based industries. |

fund-raising for non-profit organizations. Prior to founding SRB Consulting, Ms. Brown was
Executive Director of the Collin County Care Center/Samaritan Inn in McKinney, TX from
1993-2000, Executive Director of the Allen, TX Community Outreach Center from 1987-1993, a
Probation Officer in the Collin County criminal justice system. Ms.Brown holds
bachelors and masters degrees in sociology and business administration from
Texas Womens University. |
