WE OPERATE
A variety of approaches are utilized to deliver
cost effective services to our clients. A typical engagement may involve:
- Providing personal services and consultation with the client, supplemented by background
research and analysis, direct contact and/or negotiation with third parties on behalf of
the client.
- Providing leadership, direction and facilitation for working groups of client personnel
organized to accomplish specific goals, objectives and tasks.
- Organizing and managing a team of associated consultants with complementary skills and
experience to address problems that require additional resources for the timely
accomplishment of the client's objectives.
Each engagement begins with a proposal that clearly sets forth the objectives,
statement of work, deliverables, estimated costs and scope of work, and billing
arrangements. A standard Consulting Services Agreement covers the legal and administrative
aspects of the client/ consultant relationship. A progress report is submitted monthly
with each client billing.
Proposals may be quoted on either a fixed price or an hourly basis, depending on how
clearly the scope of work can be defined for the engagement. A retainer equal to the
lesser of the first months' estimated billings or 35% of the estimated total cost of the
engagement is typically required for new clients. |
